My professional path is also deeply personal. I am a survivor of infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum anxiety, and traumatic birth. These experiences have shaped my heart as a therapist and fuel my commitment to provide a safe, empathetic environment for others facing similar struggles.
In addition to my doctorate and clinical training, I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International. This credential reflects advanced training, supervised clinical hours, and examination in evidence-based treatment methods for pregnant and postpartum individuals.
I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), along with a variety of therapeutic approaches (see below). These allow me to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.
