Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know
Getting Started
How do I schedule a session?
You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation call through the contact form, by phone, or by email. During the consultation call we will briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, how I would approach treatment, and any questions you may have. If we're a good fit, we'll then schedule your first session.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. All sessions are provided via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth for clients located anywhere in Missouri, New Jersey, Maryland, and all PsyPact states and territories.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is focused on understanding your story, concerns, and goals. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
